What do you need to get the Golden Crown translation? In which banks can you receive a Golden Crown transfer? Transfer money from one bank card to another

According to the analytical department of the Exchange Leader magazine, the most popular among Russians are money transfers from the Zolotaya Korona and Western Union systems. The instant transfer service “Zolotaya Korona – Money Transfers” has been operating since 2003 and is a member of the Center for Financial Technologies group of companies. This system allows you to transfer funds in rubles, US dollars or euros (both within Russia and abroad). The article discusses in detail the process of receiving Zolotaya Korona money transfers, where to withdraw money most conveniently and quickly.

How to receive a Golden Crown transfer?

Zolotaya Korona transfers are addressless. They do not require a specific destination, so you can receive money at any point of issue. When transferring, the sender indicates only the country and city. To receive a transfer of funds via the Zolotaya Korona system, the recipient only needs to choose a convenient office. When visiting in person you must show:

  1. Personal identification document (this may be a passport or other document that complies with the legal requirements of the country where you plan to receive the transfer);
  2. SMS message with a unique Golden Crown transfer number.

The SMS notification service operates automatically. After the transfer operation is completed, it notifies the addresses that money has been transferred to their name. The message contains a nine-digit digital transfer identification code and a contact phone number. It will be useful for clarifying information about possible pick-up points.

The official resource “Zolotaya Korona – Money Transfers” allows you to check online the status of the transaction execution using the identifier from the SMS notification. The service makes it possible to search without requesting any additional data other than the number. For ease of use, you can enter a limited number of digits in the field to indicate the transfer number, which will help to avoid errors.

The storage period for Zolotaya Korona translations does not exceed 3 years. At the end of this period, the sender has the right to contact the organization through which he made the transfer.

Transfers Golden Crown: where to get money?

Since money transfers through the Zolotaya Korona service are not addressed to a specific point of issue, you can receive funds by contacting any branch. The transfer system has about 40 thousand service points in Russia, countries that are part of the CIS, near and far abroad.

You can remove the Golden Crown transfer in one of the following ways:

  • use the offices of partner banks working with the service (the list is quite large: Fia-Bank, Sovcombank, OTP Bank, BINBANK, MDM Bank, AK BARS Bank, ROSGOSSTRAKH BANK and many others);
  • use the “Kukuruza” card of the MasterCard payment system. You can apply for a plastic card at any of the Euroset stores.

The most up-to-date and complete information about transfer issuance points, contact details and service mode can be obtained by using the official Zolotaya Korona resource. The site provides the ability to view a list of translation issuing offices and their territorial location with reference to the location using the Yandex.Maps service.

Money transfers Zolotaya Korona – tariffs

For the recipient of the transfer, the services of the Zolotaya Korona service are free. The fee for transferring funds is always paid by the sender. The amount of the commission directly depends on:

  • places of departure and issue of funds;
  • the amount of the transferred amount.

The fee for carrying out a transfer operation is quite attractive and amounts to no more than 0.5-1.5%. For some countries, there is a maximum threshold for the amount of the commission fee (from 750 rubles/25 $/25 € to 1000 rubles/30 $/30 €).

The commission amounts for sending a transfer are shown in the table:

The stated commission may vary. It all depends on the conditions of a particular partner bank or retailer (trade network). It is better to check with the specific point of departure.

There are some restrictions for money transfers using the Zolotaya Korona system:

  • upper limits regarding the one-time transfer amount. For example, on the territory of the Russian Federation you can transfer no more than 600,000 rubles / 20,000 $ / 15,000 €;
  • limit on the frequency of transfers (for example, per day, one banking day, etc.). For example, when transferring from Russia abroad, the limit on the amount of transfer operations is $5,000 during one banking day, to China – no more than $20,000;
  • in Turkey, an amount of no more than $10,000 can be issued.

Greetings! Surely you sent money to someone in another city or abroad. It’s easier with Russia: today almost every Russian has a Sberbank card. And in a couple of minutes you can transfer money through Sberbank Online.

What if the sender does not have the recipient's bank details? Or the card itself?

It is even more difficult to transfer money abroad. Although it is considered a super-reliable method, it will cost a pretty penny. And not everyone has Yandex.Money.

So it turns out that the most convenient option for many remains the good old money transfer systems. And today I want to write about one of the most popular: “Golden Crown – Money Transfers”.

So, what are the advantages of this payment system, and how to send a “Golden Crown” transfer?

“Golden Crown” is one of the “oldest” and most extensive money transfer systems in Russia. Money can be sent anywhere in the world through one of 49,000 points. ZK has been represented on the Russian market since 2003.

From Russia, transfers are possible to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Great Britain, Egypt, Israel, Turkey, China and more. Today, Zolotaya Korona money transfers are available in 32 countries around the world.

Since October last year, transfers from Russia to Ukraine have not been carried out. By the way, the services of Zolotaya Korona are prohibited not only in Ukraine. In October 2012, the Central Bank of Armenia stopped operating the service in Armenia. In addition, ZK transfers are not available in Sevastopol and Crimea.

A few figures for 2016.

  1. Using the Zolotaya Korona service, individuals made about 34 million transactions totaling 745 billion rubles
  2. Compared to 2015, the increase in turnover was 12%
  3. 66 credit institutions from Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova and Tajikistan became participants in the service
  4. The participating countries were joined by Italy, Spain, France, Belgium, Austria, Romania, Vietnam, Egypt, Jordan and the UAE
  5. Since last year, Zolotaya Korona has been providing an online transfer service. Money from a bank card can be transferred via the website or using mobile applications on iOS and Android (with cash withdrawal)
  6. In February 2017, Zolotaya Korona was recognized as a significant payment system in Kazakhstan. In the register of payment systems on the official website of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, “Zolotaya Korona” became one of three with the status “significant”

Why "Golden Crown"?

  • Fast

The money is available to the recipient immediately after sending the transfer.

  • In different currencies

You can pay for the transfer only in Russian rubles. But other currencies are also available to the recipient abroad.

For example, in Azerbaijan you can receive money in rubles, US dollars, euros and Azerbaijani manats. There are three currencies available in Kazakhstan plus the tenge.

Note! The set of currencies also depends on the policy of a particular bank. For example, Binbank works with three main currencies: ruble, dollar and euro.

  • Addressless

To transfer money using Zolotaya Korona, you do not need to open a bank account. You can receive a translation wherever it is closer and more convenient.

Why are transfers addressless? Because each of them is assigned a unique number that only the sender and recipient know.

How and where to send a transfer?

In the bank, in one of the partner networks or directly from home. Let's look at each of the options.

  • Via bank branch

The Zolotaya Korona system cooperates with 450 credit institutions in Russia and abroad. The list of partners includes: URALSIB, Sovetsky Bank, MDM Bank, B&N Bank, Rosbank, YUGRA, Far Eastern Bank and others. Most of the partner banks are located in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Any bank that has entered into a cooperation agreement with the company can accept and issue ZK money transfers.

How to send?

  1. Show the operator your passport
  2. Provide information about the recipient: full name, country and city of receiving the transfer, phone number and transferred amount. There is no need to indicate the exact address of the recipient
  3. You transfer the money to the operator, taking into account the transfer fee
  4. You receive a cash receipt and a unique transaction code (the recipient will need it)
  5. Some banks also ask you to come up with a security question (the recipient must know the answer)

Additionally, you can activate the SMS notification service (free of charge). An SMS about the status of the transfer will be sent to both the sender’s phone and the recipient’s phone. The service is available for transfers in amounts starting from 2.5 thousand rubles or 50 dollars/euro.

  • In the stores of chains that cooperate with Zolotaya Korona

What networks work with ZK? For example, Beeline, Svyaznoy, MTS, KNOW HOW, Maximus and Rostelecom.

Money transfers can also be sent through Euroset. But only on the “Corn” card.

The procedure for sending a transfer through Svyaznoy or another partner network will look the same as in a bank.

  • Via the Internet online

Instant transfer from a bank card with cash receipt can be made through: the official website of Zolotaya Korona and the mobile application.

You can send money using a card from the international payment system Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. The transfer will be delivered to the recipient within a few minutes. You can pick it up at any Zolotaya Korona cash point.

How to send?

  1. We indicate in the form the currency and direction of the transfer, as well as the amount to be received. The system will calculate the cost of the transfer and offer all possible options in other currencies
  2. Click the “Make a transfer” button. Money will be debited from the card in Russian rubles. There may be additional costs for conversion at the rate of the card issuing bank
  3. Fill in the recipient's information: full name and phone number. Click the “Specify sender” button
  4. Fill in your information. We indicate the phone number in the “Phone” field and confirm it with the code from the SMS message
  5. We check all the data and click the “Proceed to payment” button

Restrictions and tariffs

  • You can send up to $5,000 or the equivalent in another currency in one calendar day
  • For 30 days, the limit is 1 million rubles or the equivalent of this amount
  • Within 60 days, the amount of transfers cannot exceed 1.5 million rubles
  • Within 90 days – no more than 2 million rubles

The cost of the transfer is always paid by the sender.

The size of the commission depends on the tariffs of a particular bank. As part of marketing campaigns, the price for translation may be reduced.

For example, at the Far Eastern Bank the tariff for money transfers to Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan is now only 0.75% of the amount. The promotional offer is valid until the end of May 2017.

As for the tariffs of the payment system itself, from December 6, 2016 they look like this:

  • In favor of the recipient in the Russian Federation: 1%, but not less than 50 rubles and not more than 1000 rubles. For transfers with conversion (for example, when the transfer will be received in dollars), no commission is charged
  • Transfer in favor of a recipient outside Russia – 0%

The given tariffs apply to sending a transfer from a bank card on the websites exchange.ru, online.perevod-korona.com and koronapay.com.
